Description
This is an authentic 10 Cash copper coin that was issued during the reign of the Guangxu Emperor of the Qing Dynasty around 1900 (Guangxu Year 26).
Struck using modern machine minting technology, this coin represents China’s transition from traditional cast cash coins to Western-style struck coinage. Featuring a detailed imperial dragon design and bilingual inscriptions, it is one of the most collectible late-Qing copper issues.
This 10 Cash (十文) coin was struck circa 1900 (Guangxu Year 26) at the Board of Revenue Central Mint in Beijing. Unlike provincial issues, this variety was produced under direct central government authority, making it historically significant.
